Another 3 bedroom villa stands opposite for extended families so together can accomodate upto 14/15 people comfortably.

"Casa Carmen" is a large 4 bedroom Calpe villa comprising of 4 large double bedrooms, 2 doubles (one with ensuite) and 2 twin rooms with separate shower room. There is a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. The living/diner area is bright, airy, well furnished and leads onto the covered naya. For entertainment there is a TV and DVD player plus games room in the converted garage which contains full size table tennis table, free standing football and dart board.


Outside the villa enjoys spectacular panoramic views of Calpe's landmark 'Rock' and coastline. There is a large patio terrace with outdoor furniture, outdoor naya, sun loungers and outdoor working kitchen BBQ so 'staying in is the new going out'. A swimming pool with roman steps provides a refreshing dip in the warm climate temperatures.

Calpe is a 5 minute drive away with it's famous landmark Penon Rock, long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air Saturday markets, abundance of shops and eateries on the main high street 'Gabrio Miro'. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Mundomar and water park at Aqualandia are only a 30 minute drive away and are great family fun.....
