This is a Spanish style 2 bed villa with private pool lying just a short walk from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps 4 to 6, with its own swimming pool. There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.
The villa was clearly built with sunshine in mind, not only does it have a private swimming pool, it also has a small south facing garden, a large barbecue and patio area and a roof terrace with sea views.
Furnished to a high standard, the Villa has one double and one twin bedroom, bathroom, a new fully fitted kitchen, lounge with sofa bed, separate dining room with TV and CD player, several terraces and barbecue area. It has its own private pool, gardens and driveway. Situated in the quiet location of La Fustera, off the Calpe to Moraira coast road, our villa is ideally situated for the beautiful local beaches. Cala del Pinets a tranquil cove with clear water is only 300 metres away and excellent for swimming and snorkelling. The natural sandy beach of La Fustera, a further seven minute walk along the coastal path, has an EC blue flag award and is ideal for families. It also has easy access by road and ample parking. Sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis and scuba diving can be found nearby. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundomar are a 30 minute drive away.
The villa is situated in the quiet location of La Fustera off the Calpe to Moraira coast road. Calpe is a five minute drive away and Moraira ten minutes.
Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
