The splendid open plan living features lovely fireplace perfect in winter, dining for 4, Satellite TV and DVD for entertainment and has french doors opening up onto the private terrace and gardens leading to the beautiful pool area.

Calpe also prides itself on it's many long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air markets, abundance of shops and eateries on the main high street 'Gabriel Miro' The villa is only 25 minutes from the familiy orientated theme park of Terri Mitica and water park at Aqualandia making Calpe an ideal base for an all round wonderful family holiday destination.
