Entrance to the property is through a remote controlled electric gate offering constant security. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath & separate shower) and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom, also with fitted wardrobes, has sole use of the shower room across the landing. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony with beautiful panoramic views of Calpe town and the sea. Apart from air-conditioning and heating, the villa is fitted with double glazed windows which have roller blinds upstairs.
