"Casa Sonrisa" is a beautiful and modern Calpe villa sleeping upto 10 people in the district of La Fustera one of the holiday resorts popular locations. The villa comprises of two separate living areas. The upper level features 3 double bedrooms, family bathroom suite and shower room, a spacious living dining room with large open plan well equipped kitchen. From the living room there are patio doors to a sunny terrace and at the entrance door there is also a covered terrace with dining table and chairs overlooking the pool and gardens. Downstairs there is a separate entrance, with a further 2 double bedrooms, a shower room and a spacious living/dining room with fully equipped integral kitchen, a separate laundry room, a spacious covered terrace with dining table and chairs, making the property ideal for 2 families sharing. All the furniture is of good quality and tastefully decorated, there is also air conditioning throughout.
Outside there is a large open terrace with large dining table, chairs, parasols and a BBQ plus around the pool is a large shaded chill out area with relaxing luxury sofas, chairs and sun loungers beneath a wooden pagoda. The gardens have been beautifully landscaped with a variety of palm and fruit trees, there are also a number of areas to sit and relax, dine in the shaded areas, or sunbathe round the large swimming pool. The 3 sitting areas include one to the upstairs balcony which benefits from the evening sun, another large terrace which has a large dining table and has 2 large parasols for shade if required, the third is by the swimming pool which has roman steps.
The secluded sandy beach of La Fustera is approximately 1 km walk from the villa.
Calpe's most famous landmark is the Penon Rock and with it's long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air markets, abundance of shops, eateries and main high street 'Gabriel Miro' makes Calpe a wonderful holiday experience and destination.
Casa Sonrisa is also available to rent as a 3 bedroom property sleeping 6 (upper level), or 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 (lower level). Please ask for individual rates as the prices given are for the whole property. Please note only rented separately outside July/August and not shared once bookings taken.
