"Empedrola II" is splendid 3 bedroom property that sleeps up to 6 people. It is located just a short drive from both the centre of Calpe and the golden sands of the Arenal beach. There is a large private pool, a superb terrace/open Naya and breath taking mountain views.


Internally the property has been furnished to a high standard by its owners. The accommodation includes a large main living and dining area for 6 people, with English satellite TV, a DVD player and a CD music system. In addition, there is a lovely balcony that overlooks the large private pool from where you have excellent views of the Sierra Bernia mountains. There are also 3 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, a separate WC with wash hand basin and a fully fitted luxury kitchen.


Outside, there is the fabulous pool, a large terrace for sunbathing & "al fresco" dining plus a large secure area for car parking and lots of poolside furniture......

NB. The internal furnishings will be upgraded still further during the July. Foe example the current 4 seater dining table is to be replaced with a 6 seater table.
