Level 2: 2 twin rooms, one with a balcony, full bathroom with shower & automatic washing machine.
Level 3: Private roof solarium and patio furniture to catch the all day sun.
Outside: Raised front terrace, private parking, garden and a communal pool with baby pool.
The villa is equipped with towels (not beach towels), beach chairs, beach toys, parasol, coolbox and freezer packs, books, games and DVD's. Maid service between lets. and weekly linen change. The owners have recently added English Sky satellite TV - ideal to keep the kids happy!!
Close to two sandy beaches and a marina, as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. Between the two beaches lies the famous Penon de Ifach (Calpe Rock), which is also called the "Mini Gibraltar Rock", where not only is it a nature reserve, but also a challenging steep walk/climb for anyone feeling energetic. The view from the summit is well worth the effort, and on a clear day you can see Ibiza. Calpe has something to offer for everyone; for a taste of the "Old Spain", there is the old part of town, where the majority of locals live. This is often the centre for festivities, ranging from Religious Festivals, Bull Runs and the spectacular "Moors and Christians' Fiesta" in October. Other activities in the area are Ten-Pin Bowling, a Tennis Club and a variety of water sports on the beach. There are Golf Courses nearby and plenty of hills and mountains to climb/walk.
Calpe lies approximately 55 minutes from Alicante Airport, 1hr 20minutes from Valencia Airport 20 minutes from the lively resort of Benidorm, where there is a Waterpark, Mundomar (Outdoor Sealife Centre) and a Theme Park; Terra Mitica.
