"La Fustera Residence" is a fabulous, executive Costa Blanca villa with private swimming pool boasting excellent accomodation for up to 18 people and is located in the picturesque area of La Fustera between the coastal resorts of Moraira and Calpe offering sea views and many 'home comforts' including SKY TV, Wifi and games room. The villa offers outstanding accommodation for extended families.

Property description

The accomodation comprises of 6 bedrooms, 2 family double bedrooms with 2 single beds, a further 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms plus sofa bed allowing upto 18 people comfortably. There are 3 ensuites 1 shower room and 2 bathroom suites to cater for the bedrooms. The fully fitted kitchen includes oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, deep fat fryer, toaster plus utility room with tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher. There are 2 spacious lounges one with leather sofas, large flat screen SKY satellite TV and games room including pool table, tennis table and darts. A second lounge features satellite TV and DVD with comfortable sofas. The property is part air conditioned and part air cooling with full central heating and wifi internet access.


To the outside, the villa has a 10m x 5m swimming pool. There is an outdoor BBQ for dining 'al fresco' style along with dining area plus built in fridge and sink. Plenty of outdoor furniture and sun loungers are provided in and out of the shade on the four terraces allowing you to unwind and relax in private. The sandy beach and shops of La Fustera are a 5 minute walk away.


Calpe's most famous landmark is the Penon Rock and with it's long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air markets, abundance of shops, eateries and main high street 'Gabriel Miro' makes Calpe a wonderful holiday experience and destination.

The small and picturesque coastal town of Moraira has much unspoilt scenery, a warm subtropical climate and many sandy 'blue flag' status beaches. It has an impressive marina, charming square, architectural landscapes including Moraira castle, weekly open markets and a an excellent selection of eateries.
