"La Mansion Pedramala" is a superb 3 bedroom rental villa overlooking the Costa Blanca coastline with a list of must have holiday requirements most ordinary villas don't have. The accomodation consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 double(kingsize) with ensuite bathroom, 2 twin rooms both with own shower/wet rooms and additional bed if required allowing 7 to sleep comfortably. The main living areas are spacious, well furnished and seat 7 whilst relaxing or dining. The extended living space enjoy panoramic views towards Calpe through glazed windows showing the true beauty and scale of this beautiful area of Spain. The property features both air conditioning and central heating plus a games room with pool table and computer console. There is a comprehensive package of Satellite TV channels on a 42' Plasma flat screen along with DVD, CD and Radio. Access to internet Wifi is free (upto 3mg - own laptop required).

To the outside the villa is south facing and boasts magnificent panoramic views which you will be galvanised by throughout your stay. The scene and detail of the coastline is a sight to savour and is 'so easy to enjoy, so hard to forget'.
The swimming pool and cascading waterfalls are a holiday treat in the privacy of the totally secluded grounds with outside dining 'al fresco' style, patio furniture and sun loungers with the sun covering the villa all of the day. The area is well liked by walkers especially in the unspoilt counrtyside so serves as an ideal base whatever your holiday.

Calpe's most famous landmark is the majestic Penon Rock. The volcanic Rock measures over 300 metres high and is now a nature reserve and a major tourist attraction. However, for those wishing to get an amazing view of the coastline, there is a path which takes you to the peak. Calpe also prides itself on it's many long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air markets, abundance of shops and eateries on the main high street 'Gabriel Miro' The villa is only 25 minutes from the familiy orientated theme park of Terri Mitica and water park at Aqualandia
