"La Vallessa Dos" is a lovely 3 bedroom semi detached villa, located within the peaceful quite urbanization of Vallessa Park. The villa has numerous "home comforts" including a great pool, large terrace, air conditioning and English satellite TV. The urbanisation is approx a 20 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes drive to the town centre.

"La Vallessa Dos" is a modern semi detached villa that is set within a peaceful location but is only a 20 minute walk to Calpe's main Levante beach. There are three double bedrooms, one full bathroom, one ensuite shower room and a modern fully equipped kitchen.

Situated in the residential area of La Vallessa II, the villa offers excellent views across Calpe. The property is located in a quiet residential area and is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and bars. The Villa is ideally suited for families with its secure grounds next to the communal pool and is close to a children's play area and local park.


To the outside of the property, there is a 70 met sq terrace and a small private garden. This is an ideal place to chill out with all new, stylish outdoor furniture, including table and chairs, sun beds and BBQ. There is also a small outdoor utility room with a washing machine.

There is an excellent pool complex with a small/shallow pool attached to the main pool - ideal for small children and non-swimmers.


Calpe is a popular resort boasting two "Blue Flag" sandy beaches, which are divided by the towering Penon de ifach Rock. On one side, you have a long sandy beach with many beach side bars and restaurants. On the other side is a further sandy beach next to the fishing harbour, which is famous for its choice of Fish and Seafood restaurants which lead into the resort where you will find picturesque narrow streets and squares, with its traditional bars and restaurants, an ideal place to spend a pleasant evening.
