Property overview

Los Corazones is a fabulous 5 bedroom Calpe villa sleeping up to 9 people. The villa has an excellent private pool and views of the Penyon of Ifach. The property has been tastefully furnished by its current owners and incorporates many "home comforts".

Los Corazones has very flexible accommodation making it perfect for either extended families or friends sharing the property for their holidays. The villa effectively consists of two spacious and comfortable apartments set in their own walled grounds, with a private pool. There is also a covered BBQ area, sunbathing terraces and well-kept garden.

A flat patio area with lemon and orange trees. The two tables enable ten to sit out under the stars and the outside lighting.
Your own magnifient pool, surrounded by terrace areas and quality sun loungers. It is also lit at night for that midnight swim. Entry to the Pool area is gated if you need to restrict access.

A purpose built BBQ and Summer kitchen area for dining outside.
Los Corazones is completely walled and gated making it a totally safe environment.

Whereas a car is a good idea to explore the area and get around, the location of Los Corazones is excellent:

1km from one of the beautiful sandy beaches. This is at most a 10 minute walk.
½ km from a small well-stocked supermarket
¾ km from 2 brand new hypermarkets
Numerous restaurants and bars around beach area
The main town area – the high street is called the ‘Gabriel Miro’ – and the old town are about 2 km away, overlooking the beach at the other side of the Calpe rock.

The harbour is a 1km walk along the beach, situated at the foot of the rock. See the fishing boats arrive and unload every afternoon - the fish couldn't be fresher!!
