Tastefully furnished throughout by it's owner the accommodation is over 3 floors providing 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 Double, 1 Super King Size and Twin - the Super King Size can be made into twin if necessary plus there are 2 sofa beds upstairs and downstairs). There are 2 kitchen/diners and 2 lounges so ideal for extended families requiring space as the 3rd bedroom basement area is self contained with own facilities inc TV. Both kitchens are fully fitted with microwaves, kettles, toasters, coffee makers, fridge freezers, hobs and ovens. A washing machine and dishwasher are also present at the house. The main lounge has comfortable seating on 2 sofas and guests can enjoy the LG large flat screen TV with UK satellite programmes offering BBC, ITV, Children's Channels, Movies and News. There are air cooling fans in the bedrooms and lounge with air conditioning in the 3rd bedroom/self contained part of the house.


To the outside this private community of properties has a excellent sized swimming pool with roman steps and child's toddler pool within gated grounds and benefits from large sunbathing area perfect for families all day long. The townhouse has it's own terracing and patio furniture so ideal for 'al fresco' dining and that glass of wine. Roof top seaviews of Calpe's coastline, landmark Ifach Rock and scenic mountainous regions highlight the resorts sheer size. Getting about in Calpe is easy with good bus links close to the property, pleasant walks or very short car journeys to amenities.

There is parking for 1 car at the property plus roadside if required and the use of the owners own car 'Peugot Partner' (2 litre diesel engine) is available 10% cheaper than commercial hire, but more convenient (guests will be greeted at airport arrivals and taken to the car). Comprehensive Insurance included.

The townhouse can be rented as 1, 2 or 3 bedroom options to suit holiday stay requirements.


Calpe's most famous landmark is the majestic Penon Rock. The volcanic Rock measures over 300 metres high and is now a nature reserve and a major tourist attraction. However, for those wishing to get a breathtaking view of the coastline, there is a path which takes you to the peak. Calpe also prides itself on it's many long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air markets, abundance of shops and eateries on the main high street 'Gabriel Miro' The property is only 25 minutes from the familiy orientated theme park of Terri Mitica and water park at Aqualandia making Calpe an ideal base for an all round wonderful family holiday destination.
