"Vallessa Park II" is a modern villa that is set within a peaceful and private location amongest a small gated community of privately owned villas. Internally, the accommodation comprises of modern furnishings and decor with 2 double bedrooms, one with ensuite and private balcony, 1 twin room and sofa bed allowing 8 people in total. There is a fully fitted kitchen with granite top work surfaces and that all important holiday dishwasher and separate utility room with washing machine. The main living and dining areas are open plan and cater for 6-8 people with comfortable sofas and dining table leading to an outside patio area, partly covered and ideal for 'al fresco' dining whilst admiring the superb mountainous views and Valley Park community.


To the outside of the property, there is a large communal pool which is only 20 metres from the villa and benefits from roman steps and additional shallow pool area ideal for smaller children/non swimmers. The villa is double glazed and has central heating with all bedrooms and main living area having ceiling fans.

A second villa on this development is also available enabling larger parties of up to 16 people to be accommodated.


Calpe's most famous landmark is the Penon Rock and with it's long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air markets, abundance of shops and eateries plus internet cafes on the main high street 'Gabriel Miro' makes Calpe a wonderful location to stay.
