"Vallessa Park" is a modern villa that is set within a peaceful location but is only a 20 minute walk to Calpe's main Levante beach. Internally, the accommodation comprises of a spacious main living area inc/ large sofa's, dining for 8 people, TV, DVD player, CD music system and triple sliding doors leading on to the terrace, 1 double bedroom and 2 twin rooms plus a double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The upstairs master bedroom opens on to a second large terrace with superb views of mountains and the Valley Park community.

To the outside of the property, there is a large patio area which is partly covered leading out from the living area and a large communal pool which is only 20 metres from the villa. The roofed patio is an ideal place to chill out with all new, stylish outdoor furniture, including table and chairs, sun beds and BBQ. There is also a small outdoor utility room with a washing machine. A feature of the property is the evening sunshine.........


The house is double glazed and has central heating. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is also a car port for 1 car attached to the house. There is a small/shallow pool attached to the main pool, ideal for small children and non-swimmers.


A second villa on this development is also available enabling larger parties of up to 16 people to be accommodated.
