"Villa Belucra" is a luxury family size villa in the residencial district of Canuta in the popular coastal resort of Calpe on the Costa Blanca coastline. The villa comprises of 2 levels with separate entrances offering accomodation for upto 10 people sleeping comfortably.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles, 1 with ensuite and separate bathroom suite and w.c between other double and twin rooms. Both double bedrooms lead out to the terrace overlooking the pool. The lounge and dining room areas are well furnished, lovely decor and have satellite TV as well as benefiting from air conditioning. The well equipped kitchen includes oven, hob, fridge, freezer, diswasher and coffee maker.

Downstairs the villa has 2 further double bedrooms, 1 with ensuite and separate bathroom suite. A second lounge/diner and further duplicate kitchen accessories plus microwave are provided and separate utility room with washing machine.


To the outside this lovely villa has spacious grounds, terracing and balcony for 'al fresco' dining and sunbathing along with a working kitchen with BBQ ideal for family nights in/out. The beautiful kidney shaped pool has roman steps and captures the sun most of the day. There are a few bars and restaurants around the cove and local Marina area of Puerto Blanco all within walking distance with Calpe town and main arenal beach a short distance away.


Calpe's most famous landmark is the Penon Rock and with it's long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air markets, abundance of shops and eateries plus internet cafes on the main high street 'Gabrio Miro' makes Calpe and the neighbouring areas of Moraira and Altea a wonderful location to stay.
