Level two has 3 bedrooms plus a second lounge, again including Sky (Freeview) TV, DVD & CD music system and another fully fitted kitchen and bath/shower room.


The villa has been tastefully decorated by its current owners who have also recently replaced all of the kitchens and bathrooms within the property


To the outside there is a lovely pool area with spacious area's of sun terraces, a BBQ and plenty of pool and patio furniture. The pool itself is 8 metre x 4 metre and benefits from excellent sea views.
