Villa Gran Sol has more than 130 square metres of floor space and is located in the outskirts of Calpe in the area Cuxarret, just a 10 min drive by car to both the sandy beaches and the high street shops. It is a lovely 2 bedroom villa that is set in lovely gardens and can sleep up to 4 people.


The accommodation is all on the ground floor making it very good for the elderly or infirm. The good sized main living area is well furnished and has been designed with comfort in mind. Gran Sol also has a dining area, TV and doors leading out on to the terrace by the pool. There is a well equipped kitchen and a washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms including a master double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a full bathrooms.


Outside, Villa Gran Sol is set within more than 800 metres of grounds and has a lovely 8 metre x 4 metre pool complete with poolside shower and a spacious terrace complete with patio furniture and sun loungers. There is also an outside BBQ. The whole property is set in mature gardens.

A breakages deposit of 350 euros is payable to the owner upon arrival. This is returned at departure subject to a brief inspection.
