"Villa La Fustera" is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, and is only a short drive to the local picturesque beach of La Fustera where guests will find local bars, restaurants a supermarket and banks. The larger beaches of Calpe where there are plenty of water sports are only a 5 - 10 minute drive away, while the local golf course, Benidorm and famous Terra Mitica theme park is within easy reach.
The accommodation is on 2 floors with 2 separate entrances, and is enclosed with gardens and terraces. Importantly the pool is not overlooked. There is ample parking for 2 cars and a private garage. A large upper veranda of 14M overlooks Calpe Rock for your morning meals and evening fiesta. The pool is situated to the rear of the villa, surrounded by palm and pine trees. You also have a Stone BBQ and food preparation area, shower, mood lighting, and other pool games can be arranged. Baby equipment can also be provided.

To the upstairs guests will find the first of two living areas with open fireplace, English satellite TV, a DVD player and air conditioning. There is also a well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave kettle and toaster plus a bathroom, 2 king-size bedrooms (2M x 2M beds) and 1 Single bedroom.
Downstairs, there is a second living/dining area, again with English satellite TV and air conditioning. There is also a second kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, one bathroom and 2 double bedrooms (one with twin beds).
To the outside of the property is a stone BBQ, a utility room with washing machine and the west patio with tables and chairs overlooking the sea and mountains. The private pool is a spacious (8Mx4M) with child safe Roman Steps. There are also ample sunterraces for "al fresco" dining, sun loungers and terrace furniture.
