Situated between Moraira and Calpe in the sought after area of La Fustera, the villa is only 10 minutes walk from either the beach, supermarket or bars & restaurants. This large villa is located in La Fustera, on the coast road between Calpe and Moraira. The villa is set on a 1100m2 plot and is split over two levels and sleeps 12 to 15 people The property has been renovated by its current owners and has been finished to a good standard. The villa also has a large private pool.

Within the villa, the accommodation on the top level includes, two double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom plus 2 bathrooms a kitchen, lounge and a "naya". This leads to a splendid sun terrace with BBQ and amazing views of the sea and the Penon of Ifach.

On the lower level there is a large lounge, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms and kitchen. The property has SKY Satellite TV and both an air cooling system and air conditioning.


Outside there is plenty of parking, washing machine and steps leading down to the pool area. The pool is 8 metres x 4 metres and the surrounding area is a real sun trap, with old olive trees that provide welcome shade if needed. The beach of La Fustera and the bars, restaurants and supermarket are just a 10 to 15 minute walk away.


There are a large number of restaurants locally, including Chinese, German, Indian, Spanish and English cuisine all providing excellent value dishes. This villa represents excellent value for money.
