Villa Margarita is a splendid 3 bedroom Calpe villa located within the "Cucharet" district of Calpe and is therefore within a short walk of another of our villas a 2 bedroom villa called "Gran Sol" and is only 2 kilometre from the plethora of shops bars and restaurants to be found by the Levante beach.

The accommodation is the upstairs section of the villa accessed by an external staircase and includes a lounge with comfortable sofa's and Astra satellite TV with some english channels, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and 3 bedrooms. There is a balcony with terrace furniture and excellent sea views. The 3 bedrooms are made up as; one ensuite with shower and a double bed, a second double bedroom and another with 2 single beds, plus a full bathroom. The villa has both central heating and air conditioning.

Outside, Villa Margarita is set within large gardens and has a lovely 8 metre x 4 metre pool complete with Roman steps, poolside shower and a spacious terrace, patio furniture and sun loungers. The villa has excellent sea views. Although all amenities are within walking distance, a car is recommended for this villa as it is quite a hilly walk from the beach to the villa.
