Villa Sisde is a very pleasant 3 bedroom Villa sleeping up to six people. The villa has a great swimming pool with an excellent terrace and lovely views of both the sea and the Peñon de Ifach.

Property description

Villa Sisde is located in the Cometa area of Calpe, just a few minutes drive from both the beaches and high street shops. It is a very pretty 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom/shower room villa with excellent views of both the sea and the Peñon de Ifach.


The accommodation is all on the ground floor making it very good for the elderly or infirm. The good sized main living area is well furnished and has been designed with comfort in mind. It also has a dining area, TV and doors leading out on to the pool area. There is a very modern, well equipped kitchen including a washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms including a master double bedroom with ensuite, a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom. In addition to the ensuite bathroom ther is also a shower room.

Outside, Villa Sisde has a beautiful pool complete with poolside shower and a spacious terrace complete with patio furniture and sun loungers. There is also an outside BBQ.


A breakages deposit of 350 euros is payable to the owner upon arrival. This is returned at departure subject to a brief inspection.
