This lovely new three bed town house is located on the "Las Lagunas" urbanisation which is just a 5 minutes drive from the Spanish town of Pedreguer and 15 minutes from the coastal town of Denia or the wine growing Jalon Valley.


Due to its elevated position, Las Lagunas provides beautiful views across countryside to the sea beyond.

The property is tastefully furnished and is partially air conditioned. The accommodation consists of: a light and modern open plan main living room with separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, one bathroom and a downstairs guest toilet. The lounge benefits fromsatellite TV with English "free view" channels an integral DVD player and a CD player. The kitchen is very well equipped with ample storage a full oven, hob and extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.


The spacious bedrooms are light, tastefully furnished with ample storage and ceiling fans. There are two twin single bedrooms and one double bedroom, which has patio doors leading to a small upper terrace. Outside there is a covered naya with seating and BBQ area plus a small garden area in which to enjoy “alfresco” dining. There is also a small area at the rear of the house which is enclosed and private as well as a large roof top solarium.The communal pool is shared by only nine town houses.

Within the typical Spanish village of Pedreguer you will find supermarket, shops, post office, banks, and weekly market as well as a variety of restaurants, cafes, or tapas bars.

For golfers, the 18 hole course at La Sella is within a 10 minute drive, as is the luxurious Marriot Hotel whose facilities include spa, fitness centre, indoor pool, horse riding, and tennis. Within easy driving distance is Javea, Moriara, Calpe and Benidorm where you find an abundance of nightlife, Mundomar sea world, Aqualandia water park, Terra Mitica theme park and Terra Natura.
