To the outdoors there is a beautiful communal pool within huge private and lawned grounds ideal for safe playing. The outside terrace is spacious and perfect for 'al fresco' dining in or out of the shade with use of an awning. A BBQ is available for summer vacations.

The community of residential properties is made up of a small number of properties which back onto the pool and gardens. There is garage and driveway parking if required.


Denia is a delightful cosmopolitan town, rich in history and culture. The town's focal point is the 16th Century castle, which dominates the town from a height of 58 metres. The main street for shopping in Denia is Calle Marques de Campo. This is a wonderful Parisian tree lined vibrant avenue with shops,cafe/bars and restaurants where you can sit and relax enjoying the culture and atmosphere of the town. There are exquisite boutiques and gift shops and the restaurants offer some of the best regional and international cuisine. Denia's warm climate makes it an all year round location.
