The property has the rare advantage of not being overlooked and is set amid orange and almond groves. Although quietly situated it is within easy reach of the beach, supermarkets, bars and general shopping. Ideal for families.

Property description

"Villa Buena Vista" is furnished to a very high standard throughout and there is full air conditioning to the main living room and master bedroom. Elsewhere, the villa has air cooling fans. There are three large bedrooms plus two bathrooms (one en suite). The large lounge/dining room seats up to 8 people with indoor dining for 6 people. There is also a sun room and separate spacious and well equipped kitchen. The villa can sleep six adults easily - either by placing extra beds within the main bedroom or by using the sofabed within the lounge. The lounge has satellite TV, Video, DVD and a CD player. The extensive kitchen is equipped with fitted natural wood units. There are two large fridges, microwave, automatic washing machine, dishwasher and gas/electric cooker.


To the outside of the villa, the extensive covered terrace is a perfect location for a meal "al fresco" or a cooling drink in the heat of the day. For those who prefer the sun there are two patios and a secluded roof top terrace and ample terrace furniture. Privacy is not a problem as the villa is not overlooked or part of an estate/complex. This year a large BBQ area has been added. The villa is suitable for wheelchairs the inside being all one level, There is one small step to the pool and two small steps to villa level from the drive.


This private villa with its own pool is situated in a beautiful rural setting on the Costa Blanca near Denia. In the land of many villas this is unique. The property has the rare advantage of not being overlooked and is amid orange and almond groves. Although quietly situated it is within easy reach of Denia the beach, supermarkets, bars & general shopping. The private villa occupies over an acre of land and has spectacular views of the mountains, although in a sheltered position. Alicante & Valencia airports are just an hours drive away. An international golf course is just a mile away.
