The house has been beautifuly furnished by it's owner with open plan modern and contemporary living, Satellite TV, indoor dining plus modern kitchen including dishwasher.

To the outside there is a lovely garden and terrace areas with outdoor furniture perfect for relaxing and dining 'al fresco' style. The community swimming pool and jacuzzi are closeby.


La Sella is a magnificent 18 hole golf course. There is also a 5 Star Marriott Hotel and Spa on site providing a whole range of sporting activities and a health club. Tennis and horse riding are also available with restaurants and a supermarket 100 metres from the villa.


The cosmopolitan town of Denia with it's long sandy beaches, promenade, rocky coves, working port and fine selection of shops, bars and eateries are a 10 to 15 minute drive from the villa. There is also a indoor shopping mall at "La Marina" with a variety of designer shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cinemas within it's complex.
Local activities include;
Parque "El Montgo" (green route)
Safari Park Vergel
In the town of Pedregue 2 km away on Saturday there is the local market.
Hiking and horse trails.

Both Alicante and Valencia airports are an hours drive away.
