Apartment "Clement Villa" is a fabulous light & airy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom luxurious apartment that sleeps up to 5 people in comfort and is situated less than 400 metres from Denia's golden "Las Marinas" beach and only a few minutes drive from the cosmopolitan high street shops on the "Marques de Campo" in central Denia. Guests will also find shops, bars, restaurants a bus service and a supermarket within a few hundred metres of the property.

Accommodation comprises a large combined lounge/dining room inc/ TV - mainly Spanish but with Astra TV in English and DVD & CD music system. The main living room opens on to a sunny south facing terrace. There is also a good sized main bedroom and a fully fitted kitchen inc/ washing machine & microwave plus a full bath/shower room.

Outside, there is an excellent communal pool with lots of shady grassy areas and terraces for sunbathing. The terrace has a dining table and 4 chairs.

The property also includes secure parking and has lovely views of Orange groves and the "Montgo" mountain......
