There are 2 bedrooms, a double and twin room plus single sofa bed allowing 5 people sleeping. The bathroom suite has bath tub and overhead shower. The well equipped kitchen features oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and juicer. The main living room including dining areas are very comfortable and have satellite TV with some UK channels inc films, DVD, CD and radio. The apartment benefits from air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter months so bookings are taken all year round.


Outside there is a lovely communal pool within well maintained grounds. The apartment has south and north facing views and looks out over the communal swimming pool area. There is ample terrace furniture with loungers perfect for sunbathing or enjoying dining 'al fresco' style. A car is not essential as shops are 200 metres away and the beach is less than 100 metres so a great position.


The cosmopolitan town of Denia is a short drive or picturesque walk away with its wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants, large marina and yacht club where you can take part in the various watersports available or take a trip to the popular island of Ibiza.
