"Denia Beach Apartment" is superbly located as it is just metres from the golden sands of Denia's main beach and only a short stroll along the esplanade into the town centre. This is a one bedroom second floor apartment sleeping up to 4 people with a great terrace and fabulous views.

Property description

Denia beach apartment is ideally located for either a couple or a family of 3 or 4 people who don't want the hassle of hiring a car and who want everything literally on their doorstep. There is a spacious main living room, including indoor dining, a TV, DVD player, CD player and radio. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a washine machine. The apartment has one twin bedroom plus a sofabed, enabling it to sleep up to 4 people. There is also ample storage space and a bathroom with shower.


However, the best features of this apartment are arguably to the outside. The private terrace overlooks Denia's safe and sandy 14 mile beach and there are panoramic views of the beach and sea from both the balcony and roof terrace!! There are also very pretty communal gardens to relax in, while just a 5 minute drive up the road and guests have use of a lovely communal pool and kids' splashpool, surrounded by palm trees.


Take a 10 minute walk and you will be in the centre of the town with its wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants, and a large marina where you can take part in the various watersports available.
