Denia Golf & Family" is a well equipped and furnished 3 bedroom Duplex apartment in a beautiful garden development with a superb communal pool complex.The apartment is situated on the exclusive La Sella golf resort a few minutes drive from Denia and its miles of sandy beaches. As well as golf there is tennis, horseriding and cycle hire on site and many activities within a few minutes drive so it is ideal for both quiet family and busy activity holidays.

"Denia Golf" is a luxury 3 Bedroom duplex on 2 floors plus full sized roof terrace, set in well maintained gardens, overlooking a superb communal pool complex. The La Sella resort includes a championship 18 hole golf course, excellent tennis courts, horse riding, restaurants, cafe/bar, supermarket and pharmacy. The house has good open mountain views and is 10 mins drive from first class beaches at Denia and about 20 mins from Javea. It is one hours drive from the marina at Valencia. There are two private sun terraces and direct access to the pool. It is well equipped to suit families and golf or tennis parties. The La Sella resort is exclusive and quiet, consisting mainly of luxury villas on a hillside and is approached by a private road and yet is fully accessible to all the local amenities in the best part of the Costa Blanca with 300 days sunshine a year.

The apartment itself gives an impression of spaciousness. It has a large main living/dining area and two separate terraces. There are also more than enough sun lougers to go around and ample terrace furniture to cater for the larger parties. "Denia Golf" also has stunning views over the golf course and out towards the mountains. There are 3 good sized bedrooms, plus a bed settee, enabling the property to sleep 8 people in comfort. Importantly, there are also 3 bath/shower rooms. The owners have furnished the whole apartment to a very high standard and this includes a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen.


The nearest course is La Sella on the resort (5 mins drive) - an excellent championship 18 holes designed by Jose Olasabal and a very good test of golf. About 20 mins drive away is Oliva, also a good championship 18 holes designed by Seve, and Javea an excellent 9 holes. Less than an hour away are a further 6 courses all of good quality mainly close to Alicante and Valencia. Green fees vary according to time of year and deals may be possible but the basic level is about 50 to 80 Euros a round. Up to date handicap certificates should be taken and are asked for regularly at some clubs. Some clubs will accept bookings weeks or months in advance but others will only accept bookings a few days ahead. Buggies and trolleys are available for hire from the caddy masters and most courses will also have some clubs for hire


In addition to the Golf and various other sporting activities, this is a true paradise for families. The owners have made available cots and high chairs for younger families but children of all ages are well catered for. All Guests have the use of a fabulous communal pool and access to the beautiful cosmopolitan town of Denia is also very easy as it is only a few minutes drive away.........
