This apartment is located close to the beautiful La Sella Golf resort in the heart of the Costa Blanca near Denia. Whilst the resort is peaceful and established you can enjoy all kinds of activities including tennis and horse riding as well as other sporting activities at the 5* Marriott Hotel and Spa which has recently been built on the resort.


This 2 bedroom (1 twin, 1 double) apartment has views "to die for" looking towards the Mediterranian and these panoramic views can be enjoyed from both the excellent 30 sq mt terrace and from the main living area and master bedroom. The property has been furnished with "comfort in mind" and boasts Satellite TV inc/ BBC1/ ITV/ SKY NEWS/ CNN/ HOLLYWOOD/ SPORT plus German/ French/ Dutch/ Spanish TV, a DVD player and a CD music system.

Inside, the apartment also has indoor dining for up to 4 people, a well equipped kitchen and a full bathroom with glass shower door. There is also a sofa bed if required not to mention hot & cold air conditioning!!

To the outside, the apartment shares a fabulous communal pool and has sun loungers and terrace furniture for use on those very spacious sun terraces!! There is also covered secure parking.


The owners are also offering a number of free and half price rounds of golf to those golfers who book the property any week during June to September - please enquire for more details. These passes at the Oliva Nova championship course (15 mins drive from apartment)are a fantastic saving. The normal price for two players per round 82x2 = 164E. The price for two rounds will be just 45E!!

La Sella is a great golf course too and there is also a 5 Star Marriott Hotel and Spa on site providing a whole range of sporting activities and a health club. Tennis and horse riding are also on site together with restaurants and a supermarket.
