The entrance to Residence Las Moras is private and gated with one car parking space provided. The 1st floor balcony overlooks the pool area and has patio furniture which is perfect for 'al fresco' dining and capturing the suns rays.
The cosmopolitan town of Denia is a short drive or picturesque walk away with its wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants, large marina and yacht club where you can take part in the various watersports available or take a trip to the popular island of Ibiza or the coastal towns of Calpe and Javea.
