With accomodation for upto 6 people and a view overlooking one of La Sella Golf's fabulous pools this is an ideal retreat for couples and families who may want to indulge in various sporting activities or simply unwind and chill out in the comfort of a relaxing resort.
Property description
The apartment comprises of 2 good sized twin bedrooms plus a double sofa bed and 1 luxury bathroom suite with bath and shower facilities. The open style living area is light, airy and comfortable with mediterranean colours and features a corner sofa with TV, DVD and VCR. The fully fitted kitchen includes a breakfast bar and the utility has a washing machine and dishwasher. All rooms have ceiling fans.
To the outside there is a large terrace with outdoor furniture ideal for 'al fresco' dining while the view overlooks one of 5 fabulous resort pools.
It is a few minutes walk to local bars and restaurants whilst a short car journey to other larger amenities.
La Sella is a great 18 hole golf course designed by Ryder Cup and two times US Masters winner Jose Maria Olazabal.
The apartment is located on the beautiful La Sella Golf resort in the heart of the Costa Blanca near Denia. Whilst the resort is peaceful and established you can enjoy all kinds of activities including tennis, squash and horse riding as well as other sporting activities at the 5* Marriott Hotel and Spa which has recently been built on the resort. La Sella (pronounced La Saya) is a well established quiet residential area near to Denia and only 5 minutes from the beach and the town.
La Sella is situated inland between the Cost Blanca coastal resorts of Javea and Denia at the foot of Montgo, the elephant mountain. The area covers 300 hectares of gently rolling hills, lush green pine forests, orange and almond groves.
Only minutes from the main A7 motorway La Sella is within easy reach of both Alicante and Valencia international airports.
Denia is a large resort town with numerous shops and restaurants overlooked by its ancient Moorish castle. Its port offers ferry and hydrofoil access to the Balearic islands.
On the other side of the mountain is Javea which is contrast to Denia is divided into three distinct areas. The old town with its narrow, steep streets, the busy port area with an abundance of excellent restaurants and the lively beach resort with numerous bars and restaurants open into the early hours.
