Briefly, the accommodation comprises; a fully air-conditioned living room with dining area which consists of dining table and 6 chairs, 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, coffee table, TV/DVD/CD/MP3 player and sun terrace with table and 6 chairs. There are sea view and views overlooking the pool and forest.
There is a separate well-equipped kitchen including fridge-freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, cooker with hob and oven, microwave, iron with board and all other utensils. The bathroom consists of bath shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.
All rooms are fully air conditioned. The master bedroom has a double bed, large fitted wardrobes & two bedside cabinets. The en-suite consists of shower, toilet and wash basin. Bedroom 2 comprises two single beds, fitted wardrobes, lots of shelf space and a bedside cabinet, while bedroom 3 has full-size (ie 3 ft) bunk beds with spacious integrated wardrobes.
This accommodation is on the sixth floor with two lifts and is a secure gated apartment block with remotely controlled car park security gate. The property is situated within 5 minutes of probably the best beaches on the Costa Blanca with beautiful walks through parklands and sand dunes, and close to modern Marina with all the facilities it provides. There is also a large well-provisioned supermarket is a short walk from this property.

Guardamar is located next to the mouth of the River Segura and overlooks a long beach bordered by a large expanse of sand dunes covered with pines and eucalyptus. The setting is one of the most unique scenes in the land of Valencia, with an original combination of extensive coastal dunes protected by a verdant forest, fertile fields and orchards and the omnipresent beach and the Mediterranean sea. The forest parkland of the Dunas de Guardamar, with over 800 hectares running parallel to the coast, is a wonder in a class of its own.
It is easy to get a good tan on any of the area's broad, golden beaches; Vivers, Moncayo, La Roqueta, Centro or the nudist beach of los Tuseles!! Walk along the front at lunch times and in the evenings and the surrounding streets are a hive of activity, with many busy cafes, restaurants and bars. The activity continues into the early hours. You will find a very large street market every Wednesday morning, just behind the main Church where you'll find handicrafts, leather goods and a wide selection of fruits and vegetables.
The long, sandy beaches at Guardamar consistently win the coveted Blue Flag awards every year for their cleanliness, safety and excellent facilities.
Forests, dunes and beaches in perfect harmony inside a big virgin field, make Guardamar del Segura a paradise on the Costa Blanca. The town of Guardamar, with a population of just over 11,000, has historically played the role of guardian of the River Segura. Around 12 km of beach, pines, very old trees, a Mediterranean park with fountains and lakes that give life to squirrels, swans, and fish.
