The open plan US style kitchen diner is well equipped and includes microwave, oven, hob, fridge, freezer and washing machine in the utility room with hot and cold air conditioning in the main rooms and air cooling fans in the bedrooms. Keeping in touch with home is made easy with internet access made available and english channel SKY TV in the living room.


To the outside there is a private and secure entrance, sole use of the large attractive private 10 x 5 metre swimming pool with steps and poolside shower. There is ample terrace and garden furniture for 'al fresco' dining BBQ(spanish built) style if preferred, a fridge and plenty of sunbathing loungers to soak up the suns rays. Spectacular views surround the property famous for it's valleys making this an all round beautiful spot and great apartment for size, privacy and value.


The town of Ondara which lies on the foothills of the Sierra de Segaria is 15 minutes away and has plenty of family amenities whilst the coastal resorts of Denia, Javea, Moraira and Calpe are a little further but well worth a visit.
