The "upper" master bedroom has an ensuite bath and shower room as well as its own private balcony with quite breathtaking panoramic views. The dining area again has magnificent views and has been designed to receive the last of the evening sun. It adjoins a very large fitted kitchen with separate pantry, dishwasher and washing machine. There is full gas central heating and a log effect gas fire within a large natural stone fireplace.


Outside there are spectacular 180 degree south facing views over the mountains and towards the coast. There is an 8 metre x 5 metre pool set within a Roman style colonnade, large area's of sunbathing terraces, an gas fired BBQ and plenty of poolside furniture.


The villa is in a quiet area yet right in the "heart" of the beautiful Orba valley. It is a walkers or climbers paradise and a perfect choice for the more discerning people who are seeking to either "chill out" week or venture out for either a sight seeing holiday or an activity break!! All of this and yet it is only a only a 10 minute walk to the nearest shops, restaurants and bars. Not to mention the Costa Blanca's largest antique market every Saturday morning.
