"Gata de Gosgos Casa" is set within a beautiful mountain location and yet is just a 10 minute drive from beaches of Javea and Denia. The villa is split level over 3 floors with large patio area and panoramic views over Montgo mountain. Beautifully furnished and centrally heated, the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has double bed, own bathroom, dressing area and balcony. The second bedroom is also a double, the third having two single beds, all bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and hob. Leading from the lounge/dining room is the large patio area with table, chairs, sun loungers and barbeque. The house is fully equipped with TV, DVD and CD player - a selection of DVDs are also available. Within a short drive of the villa are 3 golf courses - one is the well known La Sella Golf Course in Denia, the beaches at Javea and Denia and a 25 minute drive from Terra Mitica Theme Park. Outside
there is a large patio area with dining table/chairs, sun loungers and barbeque. There is also a splendid communal pool just 25 metres to the rear of the villa.
Located on the top of Monte Pedreguer the villa a fantastic view across Montgo mountain and towards Javea and is just a short drive to the towns of Gata de Gorgos, Javea and Denia. There is a wealth of things to see and do in the area - local markets on most days of the week, golf at a choice of courses within 10 minutes, 30 minutes from Benidorm and the theme parks and only one hour from Alicante Airport, Valenica is also within easy reach. There are many beautiful walks in nearby Montgo National Park and the village of Gata de Gorgos is famous for its local arts and crafts especially wicker furniture and guitars.
Javea Beach (Arenal) and Port areas are only a 15 minute drive away. Both Port and Arenal areas offer a selection of resturants offering local and international cuisine, even the most prolific shopper will find something of interest in the many local art and clothing shops.
