The villa is situated in a quiet area but with easy access to both the Jalon valley and to the cosmopolitan Costa Blanca towns of Denia & Javea. "Villa Colina Vista" is a luxurious detached property on Spain's beautiful Costa Blanca or "White Coast", with private pool for the perfect holiday. The villa has been tastefully furnished and fully equipped. "Villa Colina Vista" - (Hill View) is a new Luxury Villa (completed April 2005) and is situated at Monte Solana De Pego, Pedreguer, one of the gateway towns to the Jalon Valley.

With its outstanding vista of Orange and Almond groves, which are plentiful in this part of the Costa Blanca's Jalon Valley, it is a perfect holiday retreat. Local activities include sailing, cycling, fishing, golf, mountain biking, horse-riding and walking, or you can just soak up the sun on the pool side terrace, Ideal for alfresco dining where you can enjoy a glass of wine on the covered balcony above the private swimming pool.


The accommodation briefly consists of; 3 spacious bedrooms - two doubles including one with en-suite and King size bed and 1 twin. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. In addition to the ensuite bathroom there is also a well-appointed separate fully fitted shower-room. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped, including hob & oven, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, washing machine & microwave. There is also a spacious Lounge/Diner - which benefits from a log burner for those cooler evenings.

Outside, there is an 8m x 4m private pool plus terrace area with garden furniture, including a BBQ and a secured parking area.


There are supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants within 5 minutes by car in the typically Spanish town of Pedreguer; more extensive facilities can be found in the nearby cosmopolitan coastal towns of Denia (20mins) and Javea (25mins).

There are 3 golf courses are nearby, Oliva Nova (designed by Ballesteros) and La Sella (designed by Olazabal) both are within 20 minutes and are 18 hole courses. The 9 hole Javea Gold is the same distance and has a good practice area. For family fun there is Terra Mitica (family theme park), Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Marine Park with its dolphins & seals. These are approx 30 mins drive away situated in the Benidorm area. Watersports facilities can also be found in Denia.

For those who don't want to stray too far there is a selection of books, and CDs at the villa for you to enjoy as well as the tranquillity.....
