Villa Costera is a very nice 5 bedroom Costa Blanca rental villa sleeping up to 12 people. The villa is constructed and furnished in traditional Spanish style and is located within a peaceful Spanish village and yet remains within easy reach of the Jalon valley and the cosmopolitan Costa Blanca towns of Moraira and Calpe.

Property description

"Villa Costera" is a spacious villa with 5 bedrooms and with extra beds it can sleep up to 12 people in comfort. The villa provides the perfect base for either a "chill out" or "site seeing" holiday as it is located within a quiet village on the edge of the Jalon valley, just 2 miles from the typically Spanish town of Benissa and within easy reach of the more cosmopolitan Costa Blanca towns of Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia.


The villa is situated in a quiet area in a little Spanish village just 2km far from Benissa, 11km far from Calpe, 28km far from Benidorm. It has mountain views and it has a big terrace with sun loungers, tables, chairs and a private garden. There is a spacious living room, a big dining room and a well equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee machine, microwave, fridge etc. The kitchen is however quite small. The ground floor accommodation offers; lounge-dining room, kitchen, living room with chimney and TV+Sat (mainly Spanish!!), 2 twin bedded rooms and a full bathroom. The first floor accommodation consists of; 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, plus a large bathroom with shower. The villa has central heating and fans in all the rooms and air cooling fans for the summer.


To the outside of the villa there is a great pool with poolside shower, large sun terraces and private gardens. There is a BBQ, sun loungers and ample terrace furniture for "al fresco" dining. There are also ramps and good wheel chair access making this villa suitable for people with walking difficulties. There are several shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance, while Benissa has all amenities and is just 2k away.....
