To the outside there is a covered balcony terrace ideal for 'al fresco' dining. A short walk to the sea and blue flag Javea Arenal sandy beach, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, promenade and port are all within walking distance so a car is not required. The apartment building stands on Avenida de Paris so very close indeed to the resorts amenities.

Javea has long been called 'Amenecer de Espana' or 'Dawn of Spain' as it looks eastward over the Mediterranean sea. The picturesque resort comprises 3 areas, the Casaca Urbano (town centre) with it's shops and boutiques, the working port along which many restaurants and bars line the Avienda del Mediterraneo and the sandy Arenal beach with esplanade. For the most impressive viewpoint capture the panoramic views of Javea from the lighthouse at the Cabo de Nao - simply breathtaking.
