There are 2 good sized double bedrooms, 1 master room with ensuite and a twin bedroom plus separate bathroom suite. The main living room incorporates a dining area and has TV (mainly spanish channels). The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer and washing machine.


To the outside there are 3 well designed communal pools set amongest fabulous grounds with well manicured green lawns and colourful plantlife. The apartment has a south east balcony with awning (if required) and enjoys the sun from morning til late afternoon. Outdoor furniture makes dining 'al fresco' enjoyable along with the splendid views and evening sunsets.


Javea has long been called 'Amanecer de Espana' or 'Dawn of Spain' as it looks eastward over the Mediterranean sea. The picturesque resort comprises 3 areas, the Casaca Urbano (town centre) with it's shops and boutiques, the working port along which many restaurants and bars line the Avienda del Mediterraneo and the sandy Arenal beach with esplanade. For the most impressive viewpoint capture the panoramic views of Javea from the lighthouse at the Cabo de Nao - simply breathtaking.
