"Balcon Al Mar" is 3 bedroom villa for the discerning. The accommodation is "flexible" and can be rented as either a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom property. The villa has recently been restored and refurbished to a very high standard and benefits from sea views, Internet access, air conditioning, private pool and 42" TV. The villa is within easy reach of Javea's Arenal Beach and port and has bars and restaurants plus tennis courts within walking distance.

Property description

"Balcon Al Mar" is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa. The accommodation splits naturally into a two bedroom apartment and a one bedroom studio and the owners are happy to rent the property as either one, two or three bedroom accommodation. The whole villa is set within a small peaceful residential area and yet is little more than a 5 minute drive to either the town centre or the main Arenal beach of Javea. The villa is both very comfortable and very luxurious.

Within the 2 bedroom apartment there is a beautifully furnished main living area incorporating a large flat screen 42" TV/DVD with Cable TV inc English channels. There is also a lovely Naya/Dining room, two bedrooms and one bathroom together with a fully fitted kitchen breakfast kitchen. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the Naya/dining area - this is optional for your stay but fans are provided.

The studio apartment has a well furnished main living room plus a good sized kitchen area and shower room. It also has its own entrance, doors to a private patio and garden and access to the pool and studio sun terrace.

Outside there are spectacular views towards Javea and all along the coast. There is a newly reburbished 10 metre x 4 metre pool with roman steps, retiled terrace area, fitted poolside solar shower and poolside furniture as well as large areas for sunbathing. An outdoor kitchen Gas BBQ and splendid 'al fresco' modern dining area in or out of the shade is a wonderful setting to enjoy and relax. The owner has a private palm roofed bar and seating area where you can enjoy your welcome drink also for a small extra charge use of the owners outdoor jacuzzi. Min 2 people, this includes a free drink. A new external staircase fitted to the roof terrace and balustrades installed show great elevated aspects of the local scenery. The well maintained gardens and well cared for villa makes Balcon al Mar an attractive Javea hideaway.

The villa is in a quiet area but is only a 10 minute walk to the nearest restaurants and bars. Also within a 10 minute walk of the property is a tennis court and a supermarket.

All in all, "Balcon Al Mar" is a good choice for the more discerning people for either a "chill out" week a beach holiday or an activity break!!

The owner has an apartment downstairs with its own entrance, totally separate and private from your holiday villa.
