"Casa Del Monte" is a luxury villa with sea views. An excellent villa for families, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large villa to accommodate up to 10 people. This property is very spacious with a large kitchen, lounge with British TV, and an excellent outside area to relax by the pool or enjoy the barbecue area. 3 bedrooms have air conditioning, the rest have ceiling fans and also pedestal fans can be supplied on request. Cots, high chairs etc can be hired.

Master bedroom with king size bed & sea views.
Bedroom 2 with king size bed.
Bedroom 3 with double bed.
Bedroom 4 with double bed.
Bedroom 5 with twin beds.
Bathrooms:
En-suite to bedroom 2 with walk in shower, wc
En-suite to bedroom 3 with corner bath/shower over, wc.
Bathroom with bath shower/over and wc.
Kitchen/Utility:
Kitchen consists of cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. It also has a small breakfast bar. There is also a utility room consisting of a washing machine, tumble dryer and 2 additional fridges.
Living Rooms:
The spacious lounge has Sky TV and DVD player. French doors lead from the lounge to the large pool and BBQ area. The naya has seating area also a dining table and chairs this has French doors leading onto a terrace that also has table and chairs, a quiet area away from pool if you fancy 5 minutes to yourself, perfect.
Cleaning/towels:
linen/maid service: Towels and linen are provided. Linen and towels are changed weekly. Beach towels are not provided.
The outside area is large with a BBQ and plenty of seating area there are also sunbeds to accommodate 10. The pool is a large 10m x 5m with Roman steps leading in. The main Arenal beach is a short stroll away, all amenities are in this area, bars restaurants and shops etc. Other coves are in the area, but need a car to reach these are only 10- 15 minute drives.
A small number of shallow steps lead to the villa, the living area is all on 1 level and also 3 bedrooms. The pool and BBQ area has 3 steps leading to it these have a hand rail.
