"Casa Jaconal" is a very pretty 3 bedroom villa. Although located within one of Javea's quiet residential area's the property is still only a few minutes drive to the town centre and the Arenal beach. Casa Jacanol is a pretty three bedroom villa set in a quiet residential area of Javea. The villa has recently been refurbished and offers superb living accommodation. Although normally rented as a two bedroom villa, the property does have a third bedroom and can be rented as either a two or three bedroom property.

Inside the accommodation consists of a two double bedrooms, one being ensuite and one twin bedded room and a family bathroom. There is a very sunny lounge with Satellite TV, DVD with a selection of films. There is also a comfortable seating area leading to a cozy well equipped kitchen. There are two dining areas, one inside and one on an open terrace which leads to the BBQ.
Outside there is a very large, private walled garden with a brand new pool. There is ample terracing with sun loungers around the pool, also some shady areas under the mature trees. There is plenty of secure parking.


This property is situated in the area of Javea where all the little beaches & coves are. There are lots of restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance. The main Arenal beach is about a 10 minute drive away.


There is a safe in the property and air conditioning in the bedrooms.
