Casa Jordi is a Spanish style 3 Bedroom villa, enclosed and not overlooked situated within the residential district of Rafalet in Javea. This is a quiet location but is within easy reach of all amenities and the centre of Javea. The villa has a large private pool (10 x 4m), a spacious poolside patio area, gardens, additional sun terraces and a covered naya overlooking the pool.

It is just a few minutes drive to both Javea town centre and to the main sandy Arenal beach. The villa is also within 5 minutes of Javea Golf course while the cosmopolitan resort of Moraira is only 10 minutes away.

"Casa Jordi" has a lovely master bedroom with ensuite toilet/shower room, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a second toilet/shower room. There is a very spacious main living area including comfortable sofa's, English Satellite TV a DVD player and a CD music system. The well equipped kitchen includes; Cooker, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Washing Machine, and Dishwasher. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and all bedrooms and central heating for winter lets. There is also a local, English speaking agent who maintain the villa and who is available for assistance/advice if required. There is a travel cot available and an additional bed can be supplied upon request.
