The lounge is extremely comfortable with leather sofas, feature fireplace, beamed ceilings and contemporary furnishings and has Cable TV with UK channels. The property benefits from powerful air cooling fans which are highly effective at keeping the house very cool in the summer months.


Outside the villa has a large 10m x 5m swimming pool, sunbathing areas and a number of terraces plus balcony with breathtaking sea, valley and mountain views. The garden is well maintained with mediteranean colour plantlife, fruit trees and patio furniture in or out of the shade as a lovely naya offers a great place to dine 'al fresco' style. Ideally located the property is within a mere 5 minutes drive to the main "Arenal" beach with it's promenade, shops, bars and restaurants plus pretty coves around the sprawling Javea coastline.


Javea has long been called 'Amenecer de Espana' which means 'Dawn of Spain' as it looks eastward over the Mediterranean sea. The picturesque resort comprises of 3 areas, the Casaca Urbano (town centre) with it's shops and boutiques, working port along which many restaurants and bars line the Avienda del Mediterraneo and the sandy Arenal beach with esplanade. For the most impressive viewpoint capture the panoramic views of Javea from the lighthouse at the Cabo de Nao - simply breathtaking.
