There is a spacious lounge with Satellite TV with over 400 international channels inc BBC, SKY News, stereo/DVD system with a selection of films, dining area, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave etc and a covered Naya with a built in BBQ. There is air conditioning for the summer months and central heating in the cooler months.


Outside the house enjoys a private tropical garden, mature palm trees, colourful plantlife and grass lawn plus a large patio terrace area with sun loungers to capture the sun’s rays and terrace furniture for that all important "al fresco" dining and a magnificent communal swimming pool shared amongst a small number of properties.


Javea has long been called 'Amenecer de Espana' or 'Dawn of Spain' as it looks eastward over the Mediterranean sea. There is a final cleaning charge of 60 euros which should be added to the main price.
Rent and change of linen and towels weekly is optional and have an extra charge of 15 euros per person.
Air Conditioning/heating use is optional and will cost you and aditional 60 euros per week.

There is a security charge of 250 euros which is returned following your stay and is due on arrival.
