To the inside this consists of a one double bedroom and second bedroom with a set a bunk beds and a family bathroom suite with a bath and shower over. There is a lounge with comfortable seating leading to a covered sunny dining area overlooking the rear of the property which enjoys fine views. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker and microwave. The property has air conditioning for the summer months and heating in the winter months.


To the outside the villa is set within an attractive garden with both palm and pines trees plus ample garden furniture. The are 2 excellent communal pools very close to the villa located within a community complex ideal for families wanting onsite leisure facilities with bar and restaurant areas available. This is a fantastic opportunity to relax in a lovely family environment with the villa being 5 minutes walk from the Arenal beach seafront and breathtaking views along the way! The villa is non smoking.


Javea has long been called 'Amenecer de Espana' which means 'Dawn of Spain' as it looks eastward over the Mediterranean sea. The picturesque resort comprises of 3 areas, the Casco Urbano (town centre) with it's shops and boutiques, working port along which many restaurants and bars line the Avienda del Mediterraneo and the sandy Arenal beach with esplanade. For the most impressive viewpoint capture the panoramic views of Javea from the lighthouse at the Cabo de Nao - simply breathtaking.
