There are two twin bedded rooms on the middle floor. All bedrooms enjoy fabulous sea views. The villa is fully air conditioned. The beds are fully sprung Silentnight divan beds.
To the outside, the villa is set within a large 1300 metre plot with sea views to the island of Ibiza and inland views of the Montgo mountain. The villa has several sun trap terraces, gardens, a Gas BBQ area and a stunning infinity pool with Roman steps. There is also designated parking for up to 3 cars. The Balcon al Mar has some exceptional vantage points and a number of wonderful scenic walks to take advantage of views. There are several bars, restaurants, a supermarket and tennis club within walking distance.

The picturesque resort comprises 3 areas, the Casaca Urbano (town centre) with it's shops and boutiques, the working port along which many restaurants and bars line the Avienda del Mediterraneo and the sandy Arenal beach with esplanade.
