Property overview

"Casa Zana" is a magnificent 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached luxury villa with large private swimming pool in the beautiful resort of Javea. The villa sleeps upto 13 people and features SKY Satellite TV, air conditioning, spacious grounds and stunning scenery. Inside the villa has been furnished to an excellent standard by it's owner and a new innovative security feature for 'safe' play around the pool has been adopted with small children in mind.

Property description

The villa is fully enclosed, not overlooked and comprises of 5 good sized bedrooms, 2 doubles with ensuite, 8 single beds and an extra bed allowing upto 13 people to sleep comfortably. The main level has 3 bedrooms, 1 master with ensuite and walk in shower, a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom/shower room and another twin bedroom with separate bathroom/shower room, a lounge and kitchen are also on this level. The lower floor has 2 bedrooms, a double and a bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a bathroom/shower room plus lounge. There is an internal staircase which links the two floors. The villa has a beautiful contemporary feel with high specification fixtures, fittings and furnishings throughout including marble floors, integrated appliances in the fully fitted ultra modern kitchen including US style double refrigerator and dishwasher and the lounge's main focal point an attractive real log fire plus SKY Satellite TV. There is indoor dining for 12 people and the villa benefits from air conditioning in the summer and central heating in the winter.

A number of glazed doors with electric shutters lead to the outside of the villa were a fabulous 10 x 5 metre swimming pool with roman steps awaits. A swimming pool alarm is available for those with small children, there is no charge but a deposit on the wrist sensors. The alarm is the turtle type which is a great safety feature and will give peace and mind for parents with young children. A security deposit is taken for usage. The large terrace and sunbathing areas boast both sun traps and shaded areas with ample seating where you can relax or play boules and table tennis. A large outdoor kitchen area is great for 'alfresco' dining and comes complete with fridge freezer and BBQ. With landscaped gardens and spectacular scenery this villa is ideal for families of all ages.


One favourite holiday pastime you can indulge in is the challenging 9 hole golf course at Javea which is next to the villa with it's gently sloped fairways flanked by pine and orange trees making it a truly bright and beauitful setting for a game of golf.


Javea has long been called 'Amenecer de Espana' which means 'Dawn of Spain' as it looks eastward over the Mediterranean sea. The picturesque resort comprises of 3 areas, the Casaca Urbano (town centre) with it's shops and boutiques, working port along which many restaurants and bars line the Avienda del Mediterraneo and the sandy Arenal beach with esplanade. For the most impressive viewpoint capture the panoramic views of Javea from the lighthouse at the Cabo de Nao - simply breathtaking.......
