Within walking distance is the beauty spot of Barraca with beautiful cliff top walks and what is reputed to be one of the best Paella restaurants in Javea. Within easy reach of the bars and restaurants of Javea, the main beach at Arenal is approx 5 mins drive. Choice of 2 local tennis clubs with championship golf nearby. The villa benefits from its own private pool, measuring 8m by 4m, with roman steps and lighting for that all important midnight swim.

This delightful newly built villa is within easy reach of the bars and restaurants of Javea, the main beach at Arenal is approx 5 minutes drive, with the Old Town and Port being just a few kilometres further on. Closer by are the beautiful beaches at Barraca and Grenadella. For the more adventurous is the naturist beach of Ambola!! Within the close vicinity are the towns of Moraira, Denia and Calpe with it's harbour side restaurants. Inland is the delightful Jalon Valley and the ancient town of Guadalest with the prehistoric caves nearby. Within a 30 minutes drive of Javea are the attractions of Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Mitica theme parks.
The accommodation includes a spacious main living room with a separate dining area, fireplace, sofabed seating for 6 people, Sky satellite TV (take your own card), video player, CD music system, stereo system, audio tape player, DVD and radio radio. The well equipped kitchen incorporates a freezer, oven, hob, fridge, 4 ring stove, washing machine, microwave and grill.
There are 3 bedrooms enabling the villa to sleep a maximum of 6 people. Bedrooms one and two both have an extra large double bed, while bedroom three has twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with built in mosquito nets, blackout shutters and ceiling fans. Bedroom one also has its own en suite shower room. All bedrooms benefit from having built in wardrobes. Importantly, there are also two bathrooms; bathroom one has a toilet,shower enclosure, while bathroom two has a toilet plus a bath with shower.
From the lounge / dining area you are led out to the naya where comfortable chairs and a table are available for your relaxation out of the sun. This in turn leads to the swimming pool, via a lockable gate. Surrounding the villa is the landscaped garden where the pergola can be found for lazy and secluded 'al fresco' dining away from direct sunlight. A Weber barbeque is available for your use. Several sun loungers are available together with a large hammock for that ideal siesta experience. There is a large parasol in the garden for those that wish to escape the sun and parking......
