"The Hideaway" is a 4 bedroom villa for the very discerning. The property is a beautiful woodland finca situated within the "Montgo" National Park on the peninsular overlooking Javea Port. The property has an excellent pool and although located in a rural environment it is only a few minutes drive to central Javea and the main Arenal beach!!

Property description

"The Hideaway" is a beautiful woodland finca located close to the sea and within the 2000 hectares Montgo National Park area of Javea. There are many woodland and clifftop walks which are clearly marked and trails straight from the door, even a mountain to climb, with spectacular views from the summit. The winter climate is ideal while springtime is also very beautiful in this area with many species of wild flowers not to be found elsewhere.

The property is rented out by its owners from April until October as a 4 bedroom villa. During the October to March period, the owners are on site and they operate the property as bed & breakfast accommodation.

The villa sleeps up to 8 people including 2 double en suite bedrooms, one of which has a balcony leading to gardens and pool area. There is also one twin room using the family bathroom and a further double sofa bed in a seperate room with its own entrance and sharing a family bathroom. The villa also has a well equipped modern kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/ freezer plus two separate lounges - a summer lounge naya with sky TV and DVD player, sofas etc and a smaller lounge which has a sofa bed and CD music player, with access to pool area. To complete the accommodation, there is a dining room and a family bathroom which also houses laundry area with washing machine and ironing facilities. This properties most recent feature is it's wireless LAN internet connection so you can always be in touch when your away. To start 'surfing' just pack your laptop and wifi connecter with you.


To the outside of the property there is the poolside open naya with gas barbecue. This area is often used for summer outside dining and entertaining. There is also a fabulous private swimming pool, sun loungers, large gardens with fruit trees and entertainment areas including the bedroom balcony.


The villa is available to rent from April 1st -September 30th but "The Hideaway" is also open for bed and breakfast bookings during the winter months. Guest doubles with en suites, good food. (Dinner if required at reasonable prices inc. wine.). There is also a huge Jacuzzi hot tub (Temp 38 degrees).(available for b&b only). This property is therefore an ideal base for walking, climbing, golfing, house hunting or just a lazy pampered winter break including a healthy breakfast and all for just 75 euros per room per night!!
